  • CODIS - Strategy & Business Development

    Immediately following the acquisition of the Haverhill (UK) site by Particle Dynamics in which CODIS was formed, JPC supported the market positioning of the extended company service offering with an ad-interim strategic business development mandate (Introducing CODIS at relevant customers, improving customer awareness on the new company, analysis of alternative options to further strengthen the service offering and grow CODIS — e.g. acquisition opportunities).

  • Global Leading CDMO - Sustainable Growth

    For a globally leading CDMO: Commercially secured investments in ADC payload facilities (2018 & 2020) and dedicated antibody drug conjugate bioconjugation suites (2020), growing a new customer into a strategic key account. Supported and governed the realization of two High Potency API production lines (2019). 

  • Global Leading CDMO - M&A

    Assessed many different API development & manufacturing facilities and initiated due diligence for several potential acquisitions.

    Represented the Small Molecules Division in acquisitions. 

  • Global Consulting - Organizational Transformation

    On behalf of a global consulting company: shaped, optimized and ran an IT service department for a global lifesciences company , handing it into the parent organization upon completion.
